Useful Information

1. Always use the largest diameter brush consistent with the equipment and workpiece limitations.

2. Allow the ends of the brush filament to do the work. Too much pressure on the brush reduces efficiency and brush life.

3. Use specialist wire when brushing non carbon steel surfaces to avoid micro deposit contamination.

4. To increase surface brushing speed, use a larger diameter brush.

5. Always use eye protection when brushing.
